Job Descriptions
Position Overview: Provide drafting and detailing support to the Versabar Integrated Projects Group.
Position Location: Versabar’s Houston facility
Reports To: Houston Drafting Manager
Essential Job Functions
- Construct detailed, accurate 3D models using the AutoDesk Inventor platform
- Complete conceptual, layout and fabrication drawings in support of Structural projects using the Inventor drafting package
- Maintain a library of equipment parts for use in Inventor models
Requirements
- Three to four years experience using the Inventor solid modeling program (or similar 3D parametric solid modeling program)
- Ability to work quickly and accurately in response to the changing needs of the Group Project Managers and Engineers
- Acute attention to detail
- Ability to work well within a team environment
- Good time management skills with the ability to prioritize accordingly when handling multiple projects.
